We aim to help you have the perfect fitting shoe, so if you have ‘problem feet’ or you are unsure
of your shoe size, you can send us your FOOT PROFILE.

CREATING A FOOT PROFILE

Stand upright with each foot on a thin piece of paper.
Ask someone to draw around each foot, ensuring that the pencil is kept upright at all times.
Please indicate on your drawing any foot problems you may have (i.e. bunions or collapsed arch).

We’ll then use this profile to despatch the correct size mules. We shall do our very best to assess which size will suit your feet and any problem areas they may have, however we must stress that any foot profiles you send are an approximate guide only.
